  • What is required to rent a vehicle?

    Must be 18+ with valid drivers license and auto insurance. (If you do not have insurance, call us)

  • Can I extend my rental trip if needed?

    Yes, you can. Be sure to contact us for extension approval.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Cancellations are eligible to receive up to 75% refund.

  • Is there a security deposit to rent?

    Yes, each vehicle will come with a refundable security deposit. Refund is given once vehicle is returned in same condition and inspected.

  • Can I pay with cash?

    Yes. If you're reserving in advance you will need to pay full amount up front with a credit card. You can then pay cash at vehicle pick-up and you'll be refunded your original payment.

  • Can I use prepaid/gift cards?

    No, payment cards must be attached to a bank account matching the name on the rental agreement.
